By accessing or using Berina, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using Berina

Berina allows users to browse beauty content, create a profile, publish photo and video posts, interact through likes and comments, use search, follow users, and access AI beauty tools such as virtual makeup, beauty filters, and skin analysis.

You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and for ensuring that the information and content you submit are accurate and lawful.

Profile Information

You may provide a username, bio, and avatar image for your profile. You are responsible for the materials you choose to upload and for keeping your profile information appropriate and non-misleading.

User Content

• You retain responsibility for photos, videos, captions, comments, and other content you submit in Berina.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or share your content.
• You must not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, harassing, or sexually exploitative content.
• You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any brand, creator, or organization.

Beauty Studio and AI Features

Berina offers AI-powered tools for virtual makeup, beauty retouching, and cosmetic skin analysis. To use these features, you may submit portrait images and related beauty selections or prompts.

AI-generated results may vary and should be reviewed by you before relying on them for personal, professional, or commercial purposes. Skin analysis results are cosmetic and informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In-App Purchases and Diamonds

• Berina offers consumable in-app purchases for diamonds.
• Diamonds may be used for eligible AI features after available free uses are exhausted.
• All payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase systems and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
• Diamonds are digital items for app use only, have no cash value, and are not redeemable outside the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use Berina to violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
• Upload malware, interfere with the app, or attempt unauthorized access to app systems or data.
• Abuse comments, likes, follows, reports, or blocking features.
• Use content taken from others without permission.
• Attempt to manipulate purchases, balances, or feature access.

Safety Tools

Berina includes reporting and blocking features to help users manage their experience. We may review misuse of the app and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Berina and its app design, software, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights you retain in your own content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit Berina except as allowed by law.

Deletion and Termination

Berina provides an in-app delete account flow. You may also stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued access could create legal, security, or safety risks.

Disclaimers

Berina is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific beauty or AI outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Berina and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, your content, user interactions, or AI-generated outputs.
