Profile and posting

  • Update your username, bio, and avatar from the profile editing page.
  • Use the post creation flow to publish image or video posts with captions.
  • Manage your own posts from the profile section.
  • Use comments, likes, follows, reporting, and blocking responsibly.

Beauty Studio

  • Virtual Makeup supports beauty scenes, makeup elements, and custom prompts.
  • Beauty Filter includes controls for smoothing, brightening, contour, eyes, and nose refinement.
  • Skin Analysis evaluates cosmetic skin factors from a submitted face photo.
  • Beauty and makeup results can be saved to your photo library and reviewed in history pages.

Permissions

  • Camera permission is used when taking profile photos, beauty photos, or recording videos.
  • Photo library permission is used when selecting photos or videos and saving results.
  • Microphone permission is used when recording video posts with audio.
  • If a feature cannot access media, review the related permission in your device settings.

Purchases and diamonds

  • Berina offers consumable in-app purchases for diamonds.
  • Diamonds may be required for eligible AI features after available free uses are consumed.
  • Purchase processing is handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
  • For purchase issues, include your product name and a description of the problem when contacting support.

Privacy, safety, and account help

  • Use the in-app delete account flow if you want to remove your profile-related information and app data associated with Berina.
  • If you need help with a report, blocked user, privacy concern, or legal request, contact support by email.
